Basics

The basics of bulk order deeds are no different from standard Ultima Online shards. If you are familiar with bulk order deeds already, you should skip ahead to the next section.

Obtaining The BoD's

Tailor, Blacksmith and Animal Trainer NPC's will periodically offer you bulk order deeds, or BODs. These are contracts in which the NPC asks you to craft or tame a given number of a particular item or animal, and upon completing the contract you will receive a reward of gold, fame, and an item.

To receive a bulk order, single-click on the NPC and select the "Bulk Order Info" option, then follow the menus from there. If all goes well, a grey, green or yellow deed will appear in your backpack. To fill the deed, first craft or tame the items specified. Then double-click the deed, press the button to add items to the deed, then target each of your items in sequence. Once the deed is complete, drop it onto a Tailor, Blacksmith and Animal Trainer NPC and receive your reward.

Small Bulk Orders & Large Bulk Orders

Small bulk orders are orders for a given number of items, for example 10 chainmail coifs. Large bulk orders are orders that request several sets of items. To fill a large order, not only do you need to craft the items, but you also need to have bulk order deeds for each of the sets held within. Thus filling a large bulk order can take some time collecting bulk orders, and may even require trading of BoD's with other players.

Rewards

Doing bulk orders can be quite lucrative. The most valuable rewards are runic hammers, runic sewing kits and 120 power scrolls for pet or players taming skills.

After requesting a bulk order, there is a period of time before an NPC will allow you to receive another bulk order.

Runic Fletcher's Tools are obtained by completing certain Bowcraft/Fletching-related crafting quests for the elves in Heartwood.

The following properties can be crafted higher than normal with a fletching runic kit (before material bonus):

Runic Mallet and Chisels are obtained by completing imbuing quests for the gargoyles (eg. Knowledge of the Soulforge) next to the public soulforge in Royal City, Ter Mur.
