PandoraLore / NamedMonsters

Introduction

Similar to Peerless Bosses (check here: Peerless Bosses) "Named Monsters" are named creatures with special powers, loot and abilities.
They spawn in special locations only and no keys are required to fight them (you don't need to summon these creatures, except for one of them).

While most of the Peerless are considered to be high level monsters, some of the named monsters can also be killed by new players.
The strengh of named monsters varies dramatically: While a named Alligator (Thrasher) is a little stronger than a regular kind of his species, a named Spider like Navrey Night-Eyes is hard to fight.

There are a lot of named monsters. Some of them are part of the spawns you have to kill to obtain keys for peerless bosses. Others are stand-alone monsters.

This guide will cover some of these creatures in detail, the most important ones.

Some of these Bosses can also drop Infested Artifacts. Please read here: AgeOfTheInfested

Since not all Named Bosses can drop Infested Artifacts you should only infest those who can. These are:
Slasher of Veils, Poseidon, Corgul the Soulbinder, Navrey-Nighteyes.

He spawns together with other creatures like Sea Wyrms, Rune Beetles, Hell Hounds, Sea Spiders, Parasitic Eels and a Poseidon's Limb.
