Combat & progression

Skills & Stats

No total skill cap — one character can do it all. Start with three skills at 75. Maximum is 120.

Strength, Dex, and Int each cap at 310, with a combined maximum of 335.

Imbuing

Craft Imbuing Runes for nearly any property. Each rune carries a Rating that scales with intensity. Apply runes to add or upgrade properties; use Unravelling Runes to remove them and recover resources.

Item Rating + Equipment Rating tells you how you'll fare against another player or boss.

Item Tiers & Ranks

Equipment levels up by killing creatures. Higher Tier = more rune slots, stronger imbuing.

Items get a colored Rank: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Artifact.

PvP & battlegrounds

Battlegrounds

Queued PvP with no death penalty — bring your real gear, no looting, fast respawn. Use [Battles.

Three core scenarios: Free For All, Team vs Team (1v1 to 10v10v10), and Capture the Flag.

Global leaderboard runs 28-day seasons with rewards for top ranks.

Tournaments & Duels

PvE

Fully-spawned dungeons across the world. World Champions require you to fend off their minions before they appear. Peerless bosses are unique, deadly — group therapy strongly recommended.

Houses

Up to 10 houses per account. Pick a category once a week: Residential, Industrial, Commercial, or Military — each gives different bonuses.

Paint your entire house with a Tub of House Paint. Sell directly from the sign on a global market. Decay is forgiving: 30+7 days.

Travel

Moongates replaced with a categorized instant transmission menu. The Rune Codex stores up to 10,000 destinations in one book.

Vehicles travel on water, land, and air — plus all the boats from the High Seas expansion.

Humans — faster regen, bonus resources from skills.

By using any Pandora service, you agree to these terms. Staff may amend these rules at any time without notice.

IHarassment

Harassment of any player — on the basis of gender, sexuality, religion, ethnic background, or any other reason we deem unfit — is not tolerated.

IIDisputes

If you find yourself in a situation you don't want to be in, remove yourself from it. Staff will not moderate disputes between players or guilds.

IIISpam

Repeatedly using paging, chat, PMs, email, or forums to bring attention to something or someone may result in punishment. If we're aware of a situation, don't keep starting new topics about it.

IVAdvertising

Don't use our services to advertise, discuss, or coordinate the sale or purchase of game accounts or items for real money. Real-life meetings or item sales arranged on our services are at your own risk. Advertising a competing service results in a permanent service-wide ban.

VExploits

No hacks, speed-hacks, or exploits of any kind. We have multiple defenses in place that promptly detect when an exploit is being used.

VIMacros

Macros are allowed for skill/stat training and resource gathering. Don't use macros to gather gold or other currencies, or to automate any reward process such as donation turn-ins.

VIIConduct

Don't disrespect our staff — we treat you as you treat us. Staff have the final say in any civil situation. Don't become an enemy of young players: give them space to grow, then find them again when they're more of a challenge.

VIIIDonations

All donations are final and not refundable — they are gifts, not purchases. Pandora Bucks can be freely traded but cannot be exchanged for refunds. Donation Vendor purchases are only refunded in special circumstances, in Pandora Bucks.

How do I download and play Pandora UO?

Download the Pandora installer from the Play section, run it to install the client, then connect to play.pandorauo.com on port 2593. Create an account with a new username and password on first login.

Does Pandora UO have PvP?

Yes. Pandora has a dedicated battlegrounds system (Free For All, Team vs Team, Capture the Flag), an hourly ranked tournament, open-world Felucca PvP, and dueling arenas. Battlegrounds have no death penalty so you keep your gear.

Does Pandora UO have PvE and dungeons?

Yes. Fully-spawned dungeons, world Champions that require defeating their minions, and unique Peerless bosses with great rewards. Player vs monster (PvM) is a core part of the experience.
